ONLINE WORKSHOP: YOGA FOR SINGERS
Yoga for Singers is a vocal-movement workshop designed for those who want to actively work on vocal hygiene, diaphragm activation, active breath support, and healthy singing posture. The workshop will be conducted online. Most of the exercises come from various yoga methods, and some have been developed by the instructor, Zvezdana Novaković, through active work with singers.
The workshop lasts 45 minutes.

- Breathing exercises
- Stretching and relaxing the entire body
- Active work on the diaphragm
- Vocal improvisation
What do you need for the workshop?
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- A chair or preferably a yoga mat
- Comfortable clothing
- A water bottle
- Internet connection and a computer, tablet, or phone
